Who rides Shotgun?

OK. So I looked through the last couple of years of posts, and didn't see this, so I figured why not?

Post pics of who's riding shotgun with you in your truck. Doesn't have to be just shotgun either. Any of your friends that ride with you. Dogs, neighbors, kids, anything.

Only rule is that your truck has to be in the pic. Give us a little story as to what is going on. Just looking to have a thread of people enjoying their rides.

So here goes,

1) This is a fella that we rescued this past year. His name is Sammy, and we got him from Texas Cattle Dog Rescue. He's pretty young, but very well behaved. We knew we were in love when we went to pick him up, and he bolted straight for the truck. Every time we let him out of the house, he darts to the driver side door and is ready to go.

2) This is Sadie. She doesn't know it yet, but we're on the way to the vet. She's quite a bit older than Sammy, 11 or 12 IIRC. She's fine right now, we just dropped the girls off at school. In about 4 minutes after this photo, she'll be pissed at me.

3) These are my two girls shortly after Christmas this year. We were heading out to pick up the horses and head to my parents house, but they were too busy concentrating on mom and dad's new tablets. Wasn't long after this shot that I turned off my phone's hotspot and made them come back to reality.

4) I wasn't home for this, but my wife took this last 4th of July. She had a truck load of kids for the fireworks show. There are our two girls, Shelby and Mattie, our God children Ky'ana and J'Leah, our nephews, Hunter and Conner, and they met up with one of our officers who had his kids there as well. Good Times.

Look for "ultimate bacon tease" on youtube. The second picture looks just like the dog in the video. "Yea the maple kind"

Great pictures and great idea!

Nick's a great looking boy. Looks like he's concentrating on that air conditioner vent in front of him. LOL

Does he have a pretty strong herding instinct? Sammy doesn't seem to care too much about our horses, which is good, but I need to get him around some calves to see what he'll do.
