Beware - RPM Outlet.

I went to this site to buy something I couldn't find from our vendors and I added an item to the cart and the price went up $20. Ok, I thought it was for shipping, but realized after I checked out that they added another $15 for shipping. 2 days of trying to reach them and I finally get through. They tell me, "yeah, that sometimes happens, the price in your cart was correct." I go back and forth with this dunce for 20 minutes about how this false advertising and illegal and shes says "sorry, a lot of our customers are saying that but theres really nothing we can do." I ask for a supervisor and she tells me none are available but I can call back. Lady, it took me 2 days to get throught to you. Ok, I want to cancel my order. Please go to our website and follow the instructions on how to cancel an order. Oh, by the way, there is a $15 cancellation fee. Holy crap, you gotta be kidding me. Ef this P.O.S. company.
BEWARE
Dave

If you paid with a credit card, call the card companys customer service, they will stop the charges and you probably will get out of the $15

You know, we've had several members that have been screwed by this company in one way or another. Is there any way to sticky them to the top of one of the forums? I can remember of at least three people loosing money with them for wrong parts or misleading info.
