I never knew buying a house would mean signing 10,000 documents... This is unbelievable...

Sorry just had to say that. Never expected this much paperwork.

Hey just wait until you decide to sell it. You will get to sign all that paper work twice. Once for the sale of your house and for the purchase of the new house.

this is true but hopefully after my upgrades and time the value increase will be worth it. I could by a new hand......
