Did I go too far?

So today was one of THOSE days! Nothing went right all day. I got to work this morning and had to work with this new guy who just happens to me from Mexico and a real ****y SOB. I back up to the trailer I would need go inside to see what else I need and where I am going. I ask the new guy if he ever hooked up a trailer and he was like yea man NP I know what I am doing. So I told hiim to go connect it while I get all the paperwork so we can make a short day of it. So he went out hooked up the trailer and loaded a job box. I come out, turn my lights on do a quick once over on the trailer everything looks good...chains, breakaway, coupler all in their place. Well I am drive out and and the grade from driveway to street is considerable and always bucks the trailer a bit. I hook up my P3 and feel a real HARD jerk and look back and see the trailer UNDER the rear of the truck! I start B***** at him get out and he never hooked the coupler right, it was just sitting on the ball. Since I am in the middle of the road, and the trailer is stuck by the bumper I can't get out from under it and there is a line of cars backing up. So trying to make this as short as possible I back up into the driveway and have to jack up the truck and push the trailer out from under it. My bumper got a good dent & bent, wiring is F*ed up and the rear quarter panel was rolled a little(I fixed it 90%) THE FIRST WORDS OUT OF HIS MOUTH WAS HAHA OOOPS! WTF! After finishing the job and trying to figure out what he will pay for....he says its my fault cause I should have done it myself everyone makes mistakes. On the way back to the shop he was saying basically he wouldn't pay for a thing and laughed and said " haha you could try to sue me" Then he went on and on how he was part of the Mob and in a gang.....? SO...... Sorry not trying to write a book.....I drop him at the shop drive to the parking area, grab 2 J hook chains out of my buddy's toolbox back over to his car hook up the chains to 2 long 20' transport chains I have and put it in 4X4. He's walking out and comes running over to his baby....happens to be a ricer....19" rims annoying exhaust, cheap pinkish tint and the HUGE wing on the trunk of his 92ish Accord. He quick jumps in his car and floors it....I have brought the chain to 90% tension and of course he goes no where. I floor it at this point and drag his car out back behind the office/shop. he gets out and says he's gonna kill me....blah blah blah...I'm psycho....whatever...... So I asked again if he would pay me.....of course not so I nail it and tore his axle to s*** rendering his $1000 car useless.... I get out and tell him call the cops....blah blah.... he wouldn't so then I ask if he's an illegal and I never got a reply....I told him I would call the INS and get him deported and he walked away got my boss to load his car on our rollback and take it to his house. SEEM ODD ???? Anyone think I took it too far? He pushed me all day, just cause I work my truck and have put a few scratches in it I don't think I should just be a push over to some illegal punk cause you can't do anything to him? Sorry for long story, but I killed a ricer literallly:fawkdance:

Well IF he's a gang banger....I gave him a warning did a few other things I avoided saying....involving a snubnose 38 just so he would know what I was all about plus my buddy came out with his pieces in case this so-called gang-banger was locked and loaded. This was the abridged PG version of what happened. My buddy thought I went nuts but he drives a dodge so its cheaper to fix(LOL thats what I told him)

Thats a long post and I didn't finish it but I had one of those days last friday. Brother, friends and I are going to desert and we get to the fuel station and out of 10 pumps theres only 2 diesel pumps. Well there is a mini van at one and the other one is taken. Well the non mini van one opens so we go to go get it then it gets jacked by an OBS PSD. Well were like the van must be done well we pull over there step on the brakes and the trailer locks up (on going problem). Well the minivan guy gets out and gives us a look. Well we sit there for a while and then after a few minutes I go up to the guy and ask him if he's going to fill up or just sit and I was being polite but he ignored me so I called him a f**ck*ng azzhole and then got back in the truck. Well I told my brother and he had that look on his face that I shouldn't have said that. Well to make it short after arguing with the guy my brother called him a f**ck*ng idiot.
