Just another reason that I don't live in CA anymore.

They said the CHP is trying to figure out the cause of the accident. This is the first time I've heard about it and I already know why it happened. Folks in CA don't care if it's raining frogs, 6" visibility in fog or what...they are still going to drive 1000mph on the freeways. I've seen it 100's of times in the 3.5 years I was in San Diego.
