Nah he wasn't textin and driving. He was looking for a way to get out of having to drive or finish paying of a dodge

yes. it was an ordeal. kid swore he was only going 20, but had not problem telling me he was sending a text message, dropped his phone, and reached down to get it real quick.

yeah. check it out full screen. he hit the mailbox and then slammed into the neighbors tree. he backs out and tries to book it, but he was driving a dodge after all.
