Repower Questions?

a littl while back someone asked about putting a PSD into a F150, and the general concensus was that it would be better to start with a F250 frame.

This month of Diesel Power Mag has a Buick Regal with a 6.6 Dirtymax. How do some folks get something like that in a car, when most folks say that a 3/4 ton frame is needed.

Any know how some folks can do that ?

The Dmax engine is not all iron like a PSD. It should be a little lighter, but major suspension work would still be in order.

I had always wanted to stuff a 7.3 into an F150 SB LB, and race it...maybe when I win the lottery...
