That's a good question.

I guess this is predicated on the fact that you know it's your last day.

Would you spend just being yourself like you have been -or- would you do something so far out of the ordinary for you to do, like commit a crime or punch somebody's lights out or go trash a rental car or go skydiving or Bungee jumping or ?????

I'd like to think I'd maintain my character and be with those I love, say things to them I may not have said and give them some additional memories of me.

Part of me says track down every person who's screwed me over and make it their last day also.

But that was the old me.

In reality, I'd spend the day with my wife and figure out what I could do to ensure she's taken care of for the rest of her life. That might mean robbing a bank.
