haha - I voted No - cause we need taxes to pay for things we want done... BUT -- I do think it needs to be fixed -- there are some major problems with the tax system as it is and some changes could dramatically affect every individual in the US

The income tax revenue generated to goes to pay for our debt to the Federal Reserve. Go do soem research. You may change your vote! Excise taxes fund most Federal activity. Income tax is also unconstitutional.

I like what I've read of Ron Paul. Too bad he's not more public. He needs to be heard.

Abolish the Income tax and go with the flat tax. You buy it, you pay the tax on the purchase. Then and only then will everyone share the burden.

and I too think a flat tax would be best and would definatley be less than what we pay now -- but no way thats going to happen no matter who is in the WH b/c the rich people don't want to pay more as they would with a flat tax....

The flat tax IMO is the way to go, but there are too many rich politicians with lobbyists with huge pockets running the country. Voting is useless, you can only pick and hope for the lesser of 2 evils. There are reasons why we need taxes, mainly defense. I've heard alot about income tax being unneeded but no real proof, being facts not theory

Anyone that bases thier running strategy on something that is a radical change from the current infrastructure in place, like income tax abolishion will face opposition from both the left, AND the right!
