Off subject...

I know this isn't a diesel pickup question, but I wasn't sure where to put it. I have a self-propelled sprayer with a John Deere combine cab on it. Ever since we bought it, the temperature slide switch hasn't worked. The last owner hooked the A/C compressor to a toggle switch next to the seat and you have to manually turn it off and on to adjust the temp. I'm wondering if there's a way to hook the compressor to a thermostat, possibly a digital one. I'd like to just put it back to stock, but I'm pretty sure they did this because of a problem in the wiring harness. I thought if anyone knew of a way to do this or where to get the parts, it'd be one of you guys. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
