My boss is cool... It's my employees sitting on their asses, not getting done with what I told them to do that's my problem. I'm doing annual reviews next week and if one doesn't straighten his act up, I'll have one less review to do next week.
The sorry sack "emailed in"... A new style of calling in sick where you don't have to make yourself sound pathetic! I realized a task that I figured would take him 1/2 day had been strung out to 2 days and still not done. I started over and knocked it out in 2 hours. Guess that's why I'm the boss.
