Had the police called on me today

Yep, I was standing outside letting my dog out, in my normal clothes, jeans and a carharrt jackett, just waiting for my lab to finish-up. About 45mins later the doorbell rings its the police chief saying they received a phone call of a suspicious person and there might be someone in my basement right now or trying to break in. He also informs me that there are officers in my basement right now looking around. He proceeds to enter my house as I'm telling him that I let the dog out the back/basement door earlier. Well they leave and honestly I'm f*cking furious.

No suspicious people, two unwanted entries into my home.

Anyone here can look at my facebook page and tell me if I'm a suspicious looking person.

I'll add that this is an area worth policing but gimmie a break.

Is it even worth trying to find out WHO called them?

Wow, Thays crazy.. Hopefully you have nothing they should be investigating you for cause they get tricky like that. REALLY I dont think they should be entering ANYTHING without a warrant. You have someone vendictive in your life trying to set you up for something?????

Nope not that I'm aware of. It appears nothing illegal or suspicious was in my basement because I'm still here!

Everyone seems to get along well, no feuds or fights over anything ever. Our road accesses other neighborhoods so who knows who it could have been.

You have a welder and stuff in your shop that you use frequently.. Just wondering if they seen your power usage was up. Don't mind me I always think theres a hidden reason for everything. Especially with police.
