Possible diesel performance shop in Illinois

My buddy and I are currently thinking about starting up a diesel performance shop here in Illinois. It will first start off as a web based performance shop just to see how things go. If things turn out good then we will start to look for a place to settle down and build something. We are currently working on the web site and hope to get that up and running sometime early next year. How many of you would be interested in having something like this in IL? It would be local for a lot of us guys around the IL area. All input will be helpful.
