My first home

Well okay...

I don't have it yet... but the seller and I have come upon a agreement... So now on to all of the paper work for the loan and everything else

This will be my first home though... which I'm excited about that.. I'm ready to get out of the apt.

well not till spring

closing date is October 7.. so I'm sure the grass won't be growing much after that.. So I'll just borrow one till next year..

And I'm sure I could get away with just a push mower.. cause the back yard has "moss like stuff" growing on the ground...

but I'd say the next thread will be my new dog...
