Hit again.......I give up.

Well for the second time in three weeks someone in Houston not only didn't see this monster I drive but didn't hear my horn'S. So it's time for train horns because I've had it. I've kept this thing flawless since I drove her off the lot brand new but the past month the friggin city has gone insane and have some thing for crashing into my rig.
The first time was nothing since my IronHorse tore the crap out of her vehicle but this guy......well the pictures tell the story.
He was exiting off a major freeway in Houston at an ungodly rate of speed and I was on the three lane service road in the FAR right lane all by my lonesome. The guy shoots across the solid white line blows across the two lanes and even though I saw him coming and hit my horns, locked it up and even went up onto the curb, he slammed into my front end. When he nailed the side of my IronHorse it spun him around and the rear of his car slammed into my rear door and bed around my gas cap.
Long story short we're all alright and I'm just distraught since my rig is like one of my kids and nothing I could have done would have prevented it. He admitted fault, cops cited him and we're already talking to his insurance company.....it just sucks.

Sorry about your rig, Alan, but glad you are ok. This one looks to be repairable. Just think if you didn't have the IronHorse bumper... Your front end would have been toast!

Accidents are accidents, but it makes you really wonder what people are thinking at times? Sorry about your truck.

So sorry rodslinger.. that hurts to see. A week after I bought my rig, still with yellow sticker and all, I was pulling down my work alley and someone jammed me up on the 90 degree turn i had to make. I hit my rear passenger side bed above the tire, scratched paint right off. Since that day I've seen that as a reminder than as much as I'll give ANYTHING for this truck, it's still metal and rubber, and some things are much more important. I'm glad you are ok! Hope it all works out and the rig is up and smokin soon!
