Normally i would say yes, But the Blackwater guys have these trucks.

1. I saw no blackwater guys there.

2. The blackwater guys i have seen rollin like this had .50 cals on the back. the picture it is hard to see. but when i was standing there i noticed it was not a .50 cal barrel.
