Country!

So, here's the deal, i love country..

only problem is that over here (in the UK) it's not exactly popular. it doesn't really exist. i mean, you can find it if you go to the enormous record stores, but unless you buy it, you don't hear it.

I was wondering if you guys could help me, being a friendly helpful bunch and all. i have a small handful of songs, but not many.

so i was hoping you guys could reccomend some good songs, artists and ablums.

My favourite song of the moment is "Brokenheartsville" by Joe Nichols. i have a few of his songs and will be getting Man With A Memory and III by him.

Thanks guys,
Moose.

Hey 2.2

Why dont you look into an XM or Sirius Sat Radio. You pay a little for it, but XM has like 5 stations that play country 24/7.

Because it doesn't exist over here.

We have DAB digital radio, but there's no country played over here.

when i get my truck and i'm on my trip (and when i move to Texas) i'll have one of them installed. but for the moment i have to do with buying CDs and stuff.

anyone got any favourite songs?

XM and Sirius also offer streaming content on the Internet. Sorry, but I can't make any recommendations on the music. According to the wife, I listen to "angry" music. Stuff like Godsmack, Korn, Disturbed...

haha, i know about "angry" music.

in my old college i spent at least two night a week without sleep. hopped on on caffeine and listening to "Break Stuff" by Limp Bizkit..

but now i'm living with the 5-day weekend it's laid-back country.

anyway, i'll have a look for the streaming.

Thanks.
