Being unemployed is really getting boring

Man this is starting to suck. That Job i was supposed to start monday did not pan out. All at once he decided the economy was to bad to start a stamping crew. Which i kinda agree with him on that in our area. But what makes me mad is for two weeks he was leading me on saying that he was gonna have me start yesterday.

I gotta find something to do and soon sitting at home is driving me nuts

My g/f is in a similar situation. Leg has been broken since Oct and she can't work. Her worker comp just ended yesterday, they only cover for 26 weeks. She is now, still unable to work and has MORE DR's visits and MORE bills to pay than before. I dunno what to do for her. I can't pay her bills and/or support her yet....life is sucking for EVERYONE!!!

If that is worker's comp. then I'm guessing she was injured at work. I'd be talking to an attorney if I were her.

Nope...not injured at work. She fell out of Brisco and got her leg caught between the step bar and the rocker panel on her way down. She's been getting something like 60% of her pay and the insurance folks have been paying like 70% of the medical bills. I'm thinking the DR should have to pay for the future bills b/c he missed another bone that was broken. We just learned about this other bone 3 weeks ago.
