It's almost official....
My wife and I are in the process of purchasing a few acres of land down the road from or current house. I just got the "good faith" (pre approved) letter today. Now it's just a matter of the seller accepting my offer. I never thought just buying "land" was such a pain in the ***. If it had a house on it, it would have been a simple deal. I'll post up some pics later.
Only problem? Questionable neighbor.
