CB radio's

I need a mediocre CB radio, not looking for top notch but it needs to be able to do the PA also...

I jsut want it for messing around with. Just for going up in the hills with some buddies. I can search Ebay but i raelly dont know what im looking for is the problem haha

Cobra classic 29ltd or the Uniden equivelant. It is probably the best basic cb radio out there.

YUP! Excellent choice for a good all around radio. For a little bit more power and clarity you can find a local CB shop and have them peak and tune it. I usually have a connex board installed also. I do not turn up alot of echo but I use a little bit. It kinda clears up the sound you are putting out and I like the sound better.I have several radios and one of them is a 29.JJ

You cant really go wrong with a cobra. i have one and i love it

So you can really find one of these for under $40 on Ebay? Thats crazy i always thought they were real expensive! Thanks guys looks like im going with the cobra LTD29 classic or something very similar.
