whats going on with southbend?

ive been trying to call them for the last 6 hrs and there is no answer there.... does anyone know whats going on? its tuesday at noon... i wouldnt think a business would be closed on a tuesday...

i been calling to dont know what time they open. its 11:21 here in cali. peter told me to call....but im in no hurry. just wish they had a message machine

i finally got a hold of them... their phones are down... i sent an email and peter called me directly... now thats great customer sevice right there...
