Question Wet Sanding

I just recently tinted my brake lights and now I would like to wet sand them to give them a little nicer finish. What grit paper do u guys use for wet sanding? I have never done it before and just want to do it right the first time.

That is a hard question to answere with out seeing them. If it is your first time i would not use any thing less than 1200. But if you got the paint to lay nice you may only need a polishing compound and a lot of elbo grease.
