Creepy Picture

We have been at my sis in laws all weekend. While we were there they took this picture of my daughter. No one was moving at the time and no one walked in front of the camera. We have spent the rest of the weekend trying to debunk this picture and couldn't do it. What are your thoughts on this. Here is the picture.

Well, it looks like your daughter is holding the little girl. And in the blurry part you can see an arm and hand. I'd say that some kind of paranormal stuff

The little girl is my niece. What is freaky is the arms in the blurred out area.
