The following pictures are of Kansas..............a Great Pyrenees who is 1 1/2 years old. He currently weighs a little over 120# and is thin because he was neglected. We got him from a Vet who needed a home for the big guy. We checked to see how he was with other dogs, our kids, and us...............true to their name sakes he is a gentle giant.
Other than the neglect (malnourishment) he is doing fine. Does not appear to have been physically abused as he has a great personality and disposition. He got the name Kansas because that is where he was found. Introducing Kansas: ![]() ![]() Craig |

Hey Craig,
I've had 3 of the Pyrenees. Love the breed. They're very territorial, and absolute HELL on coyotes. Not so gentle when protecting their property or their herds. Great dogs. |
