Angry My Luck Continues

Well here is my little rant for the day.

So my truck would puke every so often for a while, no big deal it was happening to a lot of guys on the race tunes, they said due to drive pressure and no wastegate, etc.

So I went down to the 210 tune and everything was good. Drove back home today and stopped and picked up a trailer I rented to tow my OBS to swap transmissions.

Got to my house popped the hood and noticed she puked from when I hooked up the trailer, so I was getting worried about throwing the truck on there. So I put it on stock no regen and drove around with an empty trailer and no puking

So I loaded the trailer and drove for ten minutes and it puked a good amount in that time. Great I cant trailer the truck five hours now and Nick (GM Duraturd) already has his transmission out.

Oh and I walked around the truck and GUESS WHAT one tire on the trailer managed go completely flat on that 10 minute drive and Ive only put 30 miles on the trailer.

So I think my EGR cooler which has already been replaced is cracked. Time to take it in after having it for two months

at least this truck has warranty just throw the dpf and everything back on it and take it in

Mine did it once and I dont know why, Im loading up and headin to Cali in Jan and I dont want it to do it on the trip.

If you have had the EGR cooler replaced, and IF they replaced the Oil Cooler at the same time, they may try and just replace the Degas bottle and/or cap next......however, your problem is HEAD GASKETS. Ford FINALLY agreed with me on my 07 about that, and they replaced them a few months back(also installed ARP headstuds), but they would not replace the coolers again.....even though they know that failed head gaskets could have damaged my second egr cooler......guess what? Now the truck is in for EGR and Oil coolers needing replacement.....this time however, I know that is the problems and NOT head gaskets since I have the head studs.

What makes me think its the EGR is that all the coolant is coming from around it right where the last failure was, but it could be the gaskets, I guess Ill find out when I take it in, they better not just replace a cap cuase I know dam well thats not the problem, Ive been keeping a very close eye on this

I wont be bringin the OBS down for sure, my friend who is also a member on here is letting me use his garage, so we are gonna use his truck to take it over there tomorrow, then Im gonna pull the transmission, if the truck wont puke unloaded then Im gonna throw the trans in the bed and drive down either tomorrow night or wednesday morning.

If it does puke Im gonna see how well I can fit an E4OD in the back of a cherokee SRT8.
