Found this sex offender registry website today. If you have kids its worth a look. At least you can show the kids what the sex offenders look like and teach them what they should do if one of them talks to your/my kids. It was kind of shocking to see how many of them live around me.

Good web site, never hurts to know who your neighbors are. They post them in the newspapers up here when one moves into an area, like I say, good to know.

They put them in the paper here also but it is generalized. One of the gals the wife works with found out that there was one living close to her looked it up and found out that her daughter had talked to him. Scares me to hear that. Two blonde haired blue eyed girls scary!!!! Just thought that I had to worry about them when they started dating. Actually just scary.

There are 3 on one street near me different names different addresses for all three. BUT 3?!?!!?!?!?!?!?! Holy crap I feel bad for their neighbors. I hope they know about the sex offender website. None real close to me right now. We just have the Katrina house that the D.P.D and Dallas Sheriff's office visits or raids with unnerving frequency.

I know that some people are wrongly accused or in the wrong place at the wrong time because some parents just aren't happy about their children becoming adults but I feel that I have the right to "know" my neighbors. If I find out that an offender is near I have the right to find out what the charge was to see what danger they bring to my children. West's Wife........
