So, im gonna start doing a weight routine.
back + bis one day, chest+ tri the next.
So, im thinking about getting Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60. Its 60g for 3 scoops. I've heard though, that your body can only absorb 25g of protein per sitting...
So how should i take this? And is this an appropriate protein for muscle gain?
