Pulled a motor on a chevy today
today i started pulling the motor on 78 chevy so i can get it overhauled and then maybe put it in the jeep. i bet there was at least half inch of oil coating the back of the motor. there was so much oil u couldnt tell where the motor ended and the trany began. i took a half hour shower and still wasnt clean. i have no skin left on my hands because i didnt wear gloves. wow, i just hand to complain.

I swapped out a 4-banger with a 350 in a Wrangler YJ once - heck did a complete build up myself - tranny, SOA, all except about half the wiring (I hate electrical). If you go to do it and have any questions give me a shout.
