As ludicrous as it started out, at least it looks like the admin powers that be are taking steps to fix the problem...so they don't look like freaking idiots in the future!

That's true. It smells like they are trying to get this squared away in everyone's favor.

My question is, who was the rat bastard neighbor that ratted them out? They must obviously know the law, or made a point to learn it so they could go after this mom. I really hate neighbors that have an ax to grind with you for one reason or another.
