There goes my neighborhood!

Sorry to come on here and complain, but everyone's out of town and I need to vent. I moved into this apartment complex 3 years ago, because it was quiet, nice and had an armed security guard (big deal until I bought my wife a gun). First thing that went was the guard's gun. Then the guard, now there's just a gate. Now the whole neighborhood is sliding down hill. Loud parties at 3am on weekdays, rude tenants, etc. Here's the final kicker:

I changed the oil in my wife's Jeep, but didn't have time to go dump the old oil, so I left the catch pan all plugged up in the bed of the truck. Someone undid all 3 of the caps and I had a lake of oil in the bed. Now, someone else threw a plate of korean food in the back and yesterday, I walk down to the truck and as I'm checking my pockets to make sure I've got everything, this mammoth that lives downstairs walks out with her big old bag of trash, looks around and then throws it in the bed!!!! WTF???? Who does that? it's only another 100 ft to the dumpster. Needless to say I had to let the old Army NCO out of me and tore her a new one. Am I crazy to think that maybe it's time to move?

I think a lot of the urban areas are experiencing this, I know ours is starting to shift slowly.

Well Fayetteville has never been the nicest of places. I moved in here when I was still in the Army, and most of the people living here were Special Ops folks E-6 and up. It was nice. Now all I see is friggin Privates. Maybe I'll just have to find an excuse to shoot someone to get my point across. lol

I did about the cow putting the bag of trash. But I don't even know who did the rest. Could be anyone, I've called the cops about the other things. (I almost need to put the non emergency line on speed dial!)
