Angry Discount Tire Sucks

Ya, I went there to get some new 36" TSL swampers and they were incredibly rude and disrespectful so I will never do business with them EVER again. for those of you in Albuquerque, it was the store on Paseo del Norte and San Pedro. DON'T GO THERE

Is this the same as Discount tire direct? They're one of our sponsors. I could see if they want to address your concerns and hopefully make it right or clear the air at least.

Sorry to hear of your bad experience. There is no excuse for bad customer service IMO. I could only hope it was due to one or two employees and that the company would stand up and set it straight.

Discount Tire and Discount Tire Direct are the same company. One you order from the internet and the other is the store you walk into.

I have tried to do bussiness with Discount Tire not only in Michigan but in Cali as well. I have yet to have a good experince with them.

I have looked on the site. Prices are the same as they are at the stores. Don't bother trying to get a good deal. I have never had them budge on the price. Tried to get price match nope didn't work either.

I stick to the mom and pop tire stores. They have been in bussiness for years and we wonder why. Even when Discount moved in down the road from them. They still sell more tires then Discount.

I have yet to deal with the online portion, and after my in-store experience i do not plan to. Thanks for your guys support. I would think with the way the economy is (and in general business ethics), places would know that treating people right is the correct thing to do but apparently that is not the case anymore
