Buying some dirt!!!!

I have not been around on the net much lately. I will probably be around even less. I have been putting together a deal to buy 7 acres down on the South side of the Metroplex. Getting a bit toward the country! Now all of the work will start with getting the land, pond and everything ready for the house and BIG shop to go in!
Any one have a dozer to loan? LOL

It is in Keene. In between Alvarado and Cleburne.

Sweet. Nothing like buying raw land and building on it. Congrats. Any pics of the property? If I was closer I would give you a hand building.

Kind of like my 10 acres out in west tx. I'll be my safe haven when the **** hits the fan...or maybe my land in colorado city, co.

Thanks all but now it looks like it not gonna happen. Apparently the loan part went through but when they went to finish up everything there were some things that they did not like. The property was an irregular shape which they did not like. In addition the property was on a dirt road that would have been owned by me but was also a right of way to peoples property behind mine. Well they decided that this property was not one they wanted to loan on. They said if I found another property I would be fine. Oh well I guess it was not meant to be. JJ
