Alright then. I've been hangin out for about 1 1/2 years here, wearing the same sig. I've got two kids in college(neither one on the economy plan) and will not take on another payment. With that said, I've been trying to sell my boat for two years because the interior kept getting trashed by hail(two summers in a row). I finally close on the boat on friday and have cash for the truck purchase. I've lined up with a wholesaler that goes to auction every week, that for a fee, will get me in and do the paper shuffle on whatever I get. I thought this day would never get here, but I'm really close now.

I wanna go WVO so it will be an 06 or 07 4X4 crew. I don't care what color or 250 or 350. either will work. About a year ago my brother in law was at this auction and watched an 07 250 KR go for 14 and change. Of course diesel was a tad higher, but the economy might be seeing a lot of voluntary repos. Who knows.

It could be a problem with a 6.4, and I want to go as new as possible, so I figure the last couple of years of the 6.0 would be OK. yea, I know, my last truck was a 94 IDI and was great, and would be a great greaser, but I want something newer.

No luck yesterday at the auction. Saw a couple of great deals on Duallys, but nothing I wanted or could afford. My budget is set in stone. Guess I'll try again in a week or two.

well it was always worth it. atleast you got the money now. Good luck on finding one? Why not go with a 7.3 they are reliable and can be a good greaser, Plus some of the 02 or 03s are still in really good shpe with somewhat low milage.
