Stupid Power Company

So I am sitting here in my ac. All of a sudden tv goes off, ac goes off, power outage. Call the power company, estimated time of restoration is midnight. Ok well I run out to the barn get the generator, get some extension cords. Get everything hooked up, get the generator started. Guess what the freakin power comes back on. Gee what kind of estimate is that they say midnight and it takes 15 minutes.


Oh well I am leaving everything as is. If the power goes back off I will just fire up the generator, and plug in the cords. Then I will plug the tv into the cord with the surge protector, plug the ups into the extension cord and still have my net and tv.

Because they said it would not be on till midnight. So I went out to my shop got my generator, then got the extension cords ran through the house. Got everything set up and fired up the generator. After doing all that the power came back on.

If I knew it was going to come on so fast, I would have never done all that stuff.

Dang our lucky last couple time the voice said it would be fixed with 23 hours. One time it took about 3 hours the other.... don't know had to be at work.
