Midnight Snack

My parents are worse than a couple of bachelors. I'm staying at their house for a couple weeks to watch their house and dogs while they go on vacation, and there is pretty much no food in the house.

So about 20 minutes ago i find myself getting quite hungry because i didn't eat supper. So i try to see what i can scrounge up. I found some bologna, so i think, cool, ill make me a bologna sammich. So i get out the bread, meat, cheese, ketchup and mayo. I look at the date on the meat and its almost expired but still good, not so much for the mayo. It expired back in march.

So i get out 2 pieces of bread, as im putting the loaf back in the cupboard i realize half the loaf is covered in mold. So i throw it all away. So i end up putting a slice of cheese on the bologna, which as i'm typing this i realized may have been expired

, then put ketchup on that and ate it that way.

If you've ever seen me you'd know im not a small guy, so obviously that wasn't going to cut it. So i found some cottage cheese in the fridge. Expired about a month ago but it was still sealed. So im assuming its still good. At least I hope so.

Then after eating a pretty massive amount of cottage cheese, i realize that its a dairy product. No big deal except for the fact that I'm lactose intolerant.

I can have a little bit with no bad effects, but this was WAY more than a little bit.

The morning may be rough...
