grizzly 700

hey guys i bought a grizzly 700 from a guy i met at work. i started lookin around it and saw that ithas a new ignition on it. he could have lost the key or its hot. so i was tryin to find a vin number on it so i could see if i could get some info on it. does anybody know where it would be??

On the frame, left side behind the front wheel.

it should be on the frame most of the time under one of the front fenders...he also could of rolled it and broke the ignition depending on where its located....i know ive done that on my quad
