Snake encounter

This happened about a year and a half ago but looking threw some pics today and thought I would share. My brother, some friends, and I are out dirtbiking at Ocotillo Wells and we've been dirtbiking all day and now its night time and were drinking now. Well the night goes on my brother goes to pee and while he's peeing he here's this rattling. Finishes up looks down and see's a rattle snake. Come's in the trailer and tells us about it. We go out and poke it with a broom and it starts rattling. Well we get it in a bucket and moved it about 300 yds away in a bush. Well we let it go then start touching it's rattler and then it's head. Didn't get bit and then as soon as we were done with that we went back to drinking.
