My off road toy

Its a 92 chevy with a 350 and auto 3 inch suspension lift and 31s.
My buddy is trying to talk me into dropping his 7.3 IDI in it but i dont think so. why go to a heavier motor with less power

Yeah the 7.3 would kill the torsion bars.....so if your going to do that I would go straight axle. Off-road unlimited has a pretty sweet kit for that, if it ever gets to that.....but with 33's, some motor bolt-ons, and gears that truck will go where you want to go

I used to have a '88 Chevy full size short-bed reg cab, 350 V-8 with a 750 CFM Holley and chip, 4 sp auto and 4wd, jacked with 33" mudders and a locker front and rear. I would beat the snot out of that truck. Great fun and would smoke about any ricer on the street!

Ran a red about 4am one morning - only car on the road was a trooper sitting on the sholder. When I hit the itersection to head north - the rear broke loose and smoked - the lights came on. 2 miles down the street I sat on the sholder waiting for him. He walked up behind me - thanked me for pulling over and commented "you have one fast truck boy - now step out please." It went down hill from there. I was 18 & ****y.
