Polaris sled goes into surgery

well, long story short. late last sledding season i went head on with a tree and of course the tree won the collision. now time to rebuild. this is my 2005 Polaris RMK 900. just took it apart today after leaving it wrecked all spring/summer. it wasnt a total loss. mostly cosmetic. pipe is crushed, wires cut in half, belly pan toast, radiator flattened, bumper left behind. now time to rebuild, sledding season is just around the corner. anybody know the best way to get the rivets out of the bellypan? thinking about just drilling them out.

the sled on the left is what mine used to look like.

front view of the carnage

crushed radiator, belly pan, bumper MIA

Yep

drill the centers out and a way you go.

P.S. a wrecked Polaris still looks better then a new Ski Doo or Arctic Cat any day!

Well you'd better get that sled ready to go.... looks like the Global Warming won't hold true this year. i.e., calling for snow in the cascades this last weekend.
