So here is the heads up! rideATVoregon.org - New ATV Safety Laws for Oregon |

I guess there are other states looking at our new laws. I understand what they are trying to do but I do disagree with an adult license!!! This all stems from fitting kids instead of limiting them by their age, i.e., wouldn't want to put a 6' 300 lb kid that is 14 on a 50.

I'm honestly not looking for negative comments, I just want all those to be aware that drive all the way to Oregon for the dunes that it appears that they will be required to have a license too.

well i geuss i could understand kids under 18 haveing to have a atv ed. card but over 18???
that just isnt clickin in my head??? the chin strap is probably a good one being as i have had experiences with not clipping my chin strap 90% of the times ive rolled my atv's my helmet flew off as soon as i hit the ground and went flying |
