Mud truck/ off road toy pics and stories?

Its finely warmin up here in mn... ya I know weird statement... but I am antsy to get my baby back out and chuck some mud around. So to add to my impatient day- dreamin I want to see what you guys like to play in the soup with and if anyone has any good stories. This is my baby... 78 explorer packaged f-150. I built the factory 400 up a little and went threw everything when I got it. The coolest part is I traded a long box topper for it!

My toys are for going fast in a straight line on pavement.
But I'd love to get a mud/trail truck one day. Looks like a blast.

PIS 175/80's, Van Turbo with EBPV, BD Billet Wheel
Lots of money spent at RiffRaff
Holley fuel pump, in tank mods, crappy riding leveling kit, DP-F6, 5 Gauges+Edge CS in dash, CB radio in Dash, over 100 goofy little mods
Still pretty slow, just less slow now.

one of our play toys/money pits.

1979 bronco. 600ci ford big block, right at 1000hp, 2-1/2ton axles, 44 boggers. mud sling and sled pull with it.

usually we ride the 4wheelers and side-by-side tho, they MUCH cheaper to maintain.
