Mountain biking anyone?
I know there have to be some guys on here that do some mountain biking. I used to ride a lot but got out of it for a while. so I decided to take a mountain biking class this semester to force me to get out and ride. I have a gary fisher hardtail, a specialized hardrock sport and yesterday I picked up a 98 specialized FSR GroundControl. I put tire on the back and I'm gonna need to find a seat for it. then it needs a fork rebuild so I'll have to figure out how to do that or replace.
so if you ride, post up some pics of your bike! I'll get some tomorrow. |

Ive been riding a 29'er single speed rigid her in WI. My friends are getting into FAT TIRE bikes. Do a search and you will get a kick out of those. They go through just about anything. We can even ride them in the snow up here.

I went mountain biking for the first time last weekend. One of the guys I work with is really into it, so I said Id go. We went to Paris Mountain in Greenville. He put me on the "expert" trail and I think I would have rather rolled down the mountain then go through that crap again. Ugh. I liked the easy trails, that was fun, but Im more of a ATV/dirtbike type of guy. Im lookin at gettin a Raptor soon..that is, if I can find ppl to ride with.
