That is b/s, that is one reason why in Michigan they do not serve Alcohol or permit alcohol at County Fair Grounds. Why in the heck would the owner of the truck allow this guy who he knows been drinking drive his truck. Or even let him start it up. I think the owner of the truck should be held responsible just as much as the man who attempted to operate it.
