That is b/s, that is one reason why in Michigan they do not serve Alcohol or permit alcohol at County Fair Grounds. Why in the heck would the owner of the truck allow this guy who he knows been drinking drive his truck. Or even let him start it up. I think the owner of the truck should be held responsible just as much as the man who attempted to operate it.

I agree- and there are too many people that think they are above the law or whatever and do stuff like this anyways... hope he gets what he deserves... and now they still need a new mayor... lol

#1, I certainly hope the individuals hurt recover quickly and easily!

#2, Just wait till he goes to jail..... Those that he has put away will have a field day with him.

#2 will not happen, as he will be kept seperate, as we have two jobs, house the idiots that cause harm. Then we have to protect those idiots from other idiots. Most likely he will not even see general population. Or he will be housed somewhere in General Population where no one knows him besides that idiot that was drunk and stupid.
