Lift law??!!?

anyone know what the up to date Lift law is in michigan? I got pulled over today but the cop didnt know the exact measurements can anyone help me out please?

If you go to the bottom it says 1992 still... but I can't find any newer ones...

I pulled this off the offroad.com site. I then stuck it under the off roading section if anyone needs it in the future.
