Photographying any motorized sport

I started shooting my son racing motocross:







many years ago, but this was from this past April. He moved to Phoenix last Aug, and him not being at the races anymore, I didn't feel like going, so I had to find other motorized events to photograph.

Years ago, I was involved in this style of racing, and have been going to these events:







I guess ya could say that I am a gearhead or motorhead, because I also wrenched on these many years ago too, and now am currently sponsoring this car, by supplying them with all their photography needs for the "paying" sponsors:



but I also shoot other racers also

Thanks guys. I mainly shoot an old Canon 1D Classic with a Sigma 70-200mm
f2.8 lens and a Sigma 24-70mm f2.8 lens, but also sometimes shoot with a Canon XSi
