Pics from Little Sahara Waynoka, OK this past weekend....

Soo....where to start. First, we've got a set of dunes here back home. But combined with the fact that 1) we have no wind, 2) Our sand is WAY different and 3) REALLY crappy management the place, by all means, sucks compared to Little Sahara. I strongly urge anyone thinking about going to do so. This was our second time and we all have said we'll make 1 or 2 trips up there a year.

We left home Wed night at about 6:30 and ended up getting there around 10am Thur morning. Total drive was about 12 hours, put 1529 miles on the truck this weekend. Rode Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The weather was great. All the bikes ran good with no problems. Oh and if you want to get looked at weird at Little Sahara bring something with a snorkel on it with you.

Side notes:
*Little Sahara = Awesome
*People around Little Sahara = not so awesome.....we got called inbreds by a group of people from Oklahoma. Louisiana is nothing great, but we all know Oklahoma is no gem of genetic excellence.
*Odd topics arise between friends at 2am will driving down the road after being in a truck for hours. Examples to follow.
*We decided if we were to open a nightclub in Oklahoma it would be called Indian Outlaws....if we were to open a t!tty bar it would be called Cherokee Nipples.
*No one at Little Sahara eats better then a group from South Louisiana.

My buddy decided he was too fat to drag race...so he put my brother on his 450R and it did REALLY well. Its just has a Sparks pipe, Uni filter and HRC cam w/ 8pdl Extremes and was doing great. He was beating 3 mod Raptors, a few cam'ed YFZs, ran side by side with a 450R that was bored/stroked to a 501, and a REALLY nice 310R. We were asked a few times what was in it and several didnt believe us. Oh well.






I decided to run it...and got beat by this Banshee. Got a little better and launching it then was beating him everytime.










The 310R is all the way to the left..



Same 310R and a strong running LT250R. The LT came on REAL strong on top and would run them both down.










Im about mid pack with a couple 450s....oh and my brother WAY out front.

I love little sahara. I gotta get down there again.

Just a piece of advice, dont get drunk and pull wheelies up and down the campground road all night.

My brother made the mistake of pulling the front wheel up about 4in on our xr80 pitbike and you would have sworn he had punched the ranger in the throat lol
