thinking about summer project

Hoping to have a sweet project truck this summer, but im not entirely sure what direction id like to go in. I just know i want to be able to go wheeling, maybe some jeep trails

Right now im thinkin an old IH scout would be pretty cool, I think it would be really awesome to drop an old cummins in it, 6" lift, some 35's, and some custom roll cage action.

I want something thats tough, reliable, and that can get a little beat up. You guys know how it is, I worry about my SD everywhere, i want something fun that i dont have to keep the paint perfect on

Any pics of stuff you guys have done/seen post em! Im up for suggestions.

Bunch of explorers around here and you might be able to swing a Gen1 (90-94, IIRC) for pretty cheap. Drop a diesel in one of those!!!
