So I had a thought..... and Josh and I discussed this ....

Similar to the Smoke on the Mountains (giving credit for the thought)....

How about a camping trip at Diamond Lake and/or somewhere nearby and a drive up to Crater Lake this summer?

if i am in the local area i will be there. i love Crater Lake. this is the last time i was there. it was before i went to Korea in 2004 i believe. so a trip there is due!

My thought came from your avitar and NWFD's Smoke on the Mountain trip every year...

It is truly gorgeous there and I don't think I've been since hmmmmm about 2001 or 2002.

yes it is a gorgeous place. i used to go several times a year just to see the different seasons there. a late winter trip, and a late summer trip are two different trips all together. its quite the place!

man your uglyJ/K but that lil island still looks the same except I dont remember snow being on it last time I was there.. im down let me know whats up and ill see if I can get some ppl down for it to but we need it to be in summer warmth time..

Just bringing this back i think we should do this now!!!! I would love to take a few days and go camping and just talk trucks and go site seeing!

The cascade coal rollers may just have to do something like this!
