"Meet And Greet" In MA

Im thinking about maybe setting up a meet and greet in Western, MA. Wouldnt be until maybe September if it happens at all. Just want to see how many people would be interested in it. It would be in Northampton MA. Im thinking about renting out the local fair grounds, which means we would have access to all of their facilities....I think this also includes access to their horse racing track, which I have seen used for demolition derbies (basically just a pit of mud a bit bigger than a football field...Its also a great town with tons of restraunts and hotels...Im not positive what dates it available, just want to make sure there would be an interest in it. There is tons of parking, and there would be food and drinks and everything.

Well, I dont think that this place is gonna work, just because I dont think we will be able to attract enough people to make it cost efficient....So far I have only had about 8 or 9 people express interest in it.....Would still be interested in setting up a meet and greet somewhere else though, if people are interested...
