NC Senate Bill 235

NC state Senator Brock has introduced Senate Bill 235 Personal Protection in Restaurants. Please contact your NC State Assembly members and support this bill which would allow concealed carry in NC restaurants that serve alcohol.

I am going to sticky this so more people will see it. Start sending emails and calling the people that represent you. This could be a huge step for folks that have their CHLs.

Logan, in your state is it illegal for a CHL permit holder to enter any resturant that also serves alcohol with a weapon?

I just received my conceal carry permit and it is illegal to carry a gun into any place that sells alcohol in NC. I think SC is the same too.

Actually it's anywhere that "serves" alcohol... where alcohol is consumed.
